Note: Only for orders purchased on our website (joyor-electricscooter.com), we can provide you with 12 months of after-sales and maintenance services. If you want to buy accessories, you can also consult our customer service staff to buy, If you purchased the joyor electric scooter on Amazon, eBay or other platforms, you need to find the customer service staff of the website you purchased to provide after-sales maintenance services, our company has regulations, where you buy it, it will be provided by the website you purchased. 1. Duration of after-sales warranty

Within 14 days , we will only refund or exchange an item if we determine that the scooter has failed due to defective materials/workmanship (from the date of delivery). In this case, there is no shipping charge for the return or exchange.

After 14 days - 12 months, we offer free parts and free repairs if the customer has a product quality problem. Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs, but are responsible for shipping costs sent to you after the return (customers will be charged for shipping costs up to once). Please contact us before returning defective items in order to receive a return shipping address and other instructions.

You must communicate with our customer service before returning the package to our overseas warehouse, otherwise it is easy for your returned package to be lost and unclaimed, thank you for your cooperation!

Depending on the different components of the product, we differentiate between after-sales warranty periods:

  • Batteries, motors, meters, controllers: the after-sales warranty for these key components is limited to six months. Within this period, if you find any quality problem or failure of these parts, you can enjoy free replacement service.
  • OTHER ACCESSORIES: Other accessories except battery, motor, meter and controller, such as frame, wheels, brake system, etc., enjoy one-year after-sale warranty period. During the warranty period, if these accessories have quality problems, we will provide free repair or replacement.

2. Human damage

Please note that human damage is not covered by the after-sales warranty. If the scooter is damaged due to improper use, accidental collision or other human factors, it will not be entitled to after-sale warranty service. We recommend that you pay attention to safety when using the scooter to avoid unnecessary damage.

3. Refunds and exchanges

You are entitled to a refund or exchange if the following conditions are met:

  • Defects in materials/workmanship: if we determine that your scooter has failed due to a defect in materials or workmanship, you may request a refund or replacement item within 14 days of the date of purchase. In this case, you will not have to pay for shipping.

4. Requests for refunds or exchanges

5. Return and exchange process

If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the process below:

  • Sending back the product: After receiving the return or exchange request form, we will instruct you to send the product back to the specified address.
  • PROCESSING REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES: Once we have received and confirmed the returned product, we will process the refund or exchange immediately and notify you of the outcome as soon as possible.

The warranty is void and all rights to the warranty are forfeited in the following cases:

● The product has been modified or repaired by unauthorized technicians or/and faulty, modified or non-original equipment/accessories have been used.
●The product has suffered accident or damage due to external factors, atmospheric conditions or any other such event.
● Failure is caused by dirt, impurities, water, foreign objects, etc.
●The product was used in the rain and/or driven through a body of water with a depth greater than 4 cm.
